Summary

Dr. Joseph was appointed interim director of the OMA in February 2021. 

Dr. Kevin Joseph joined KU Student Affairs in 2015. As Director of Student Affairs Assessment, he is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of a comprehensive assessment plan that informs programs, services, and resources and aligns the division with the University’s strategic plan.

Prior to KU, Dr. Joseph worked in student affairs assessment at Louisiana State University. He previously worked at MGT of America, Inc. as a Higher Education Analyst. In this role, he provided project leadership on consulting engagements, collaborated with college and university leaders on studies addressing students’ needs and experiences, and advised clients on best practices and strategic solutions to business problems.

Dr. Joseph received his Ph.D. in higher education administration and a master’s degree in educational research methodology from Louisiana State University. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master of business administration (MBA) from Florida A&M University.
